ZUMBA & CREATIVE DANCE ​​
​

  • Instructor: Kay Lenhart

    (Owner of Jammin' Dance & Fitness and "Strictly Tap" award-winning dance program. Certified Dance Master & Certified Zumba Instructor specializing in dancers with disabilities, tap, preschoolers, and seniors.)

  • Description: Zumba and Creative Dance uses props such as scarves, rhythm sticks, bean bags, and more. While Zumba focuses on fitness dance, the creative portion incorporates fun props and interactive group activities that subtly engage participants to move and work together.

  • When: Saturdays; Once a month; Sep 26, Oct 17, Nov 7, Dec 12, Jan 16

  • Time: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

  • Cost: Free

Comunity Walsk Volunteering

BOWLING SOCIAL

  • When: Meets Once a Month

  • Time: 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM

    (Please arrive by 12:15 PM for shoe fitting and check-in)

  • Location: The Alley — 3443 Laguna Blvd, Suite #150, Elk Grove, CA 95758

  • Eligibility: Ages 4 and above who are neuro-diverse 

  • Cost:

    • $5.00 per Neurodiverse Bowler

    • $8.00 per Additional Bowler

  • Capacity: LIMITED SPOTS — 20 ONLY

  • Requirement: Parent or caregiver presence and supervision required at all times.

Monthly Open Gymnastics
 

  • Location: Elevate Gymnastics Academy, 3132 Dwight Rd #100, Elk Grove, CA 95758

  • When: Sundays | 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM (Once a month)

  • Cost:

    • $15.00 — Neurodiverse Individuals (Ages 5+)

    • $15.00 — Neurotypical Siblings (Ages 4–12; Limit 1 sibling per participant)

  • Capacity: LIMITED SPOTS — 30 Participants Max (Registration closes automatically once capacity is reached)

  • Requirement: Parent or caregiver supervision is required at all times.

​Our once a month meetup exclusively for AAC users. Our goal is to get our participants to be more comfortable & independent on their device.
We work on asking questions, commenting , telling jokes & sharing about their interests.
We work with Parents & caregivers to get comfortable with the medium and practice modeling communication with the device.
