Adaptive Dance

Class Is For: Ages 5+ who are Neurodiverse
When: Saturdays, August 22, 29
Sept 12, 19, 26 and October 3
Time: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST
Cost: $10 per class; Total $60.00 for 6 weeks

Description: Students will learn a medley of Bollywood and western songs and will also have the opportunity to perform at events.

Drums Circle
Class Is For: Ages 5+ who are Neurodiverse
When: Saturdays, August 15, Sept 5, 12, 19 and October 3
Time: 2:30 PM – 3:15 PM PST
Cost: $10 per class; Total $50.00 for 5 weeks (Limited spots - 10 ONLY)

Description: Students will learn to beat their African drum to popular songs. along with with co students in a circle.
Students will need to bring their own drum to the class.
Arts, Crafts & Social Club

Our arts & crafts program encourages our participants to express creatively and have fun making crafts. This program is structured and broken into simple steps which engage participants with all kinds of abilities. Our instructors and volunteers are trained to engage with our participants. These activities are incorporated with fine & gross motor skills along with participants having fun while being a little messy.

This class helps students build confidence and improve communication skills through fun activities, interactive games, and speaking practice. Students will learn how to express ideas clearly, speak in front of groups, and engage an audience in a supportive environment. Through presentations, teamwork, and creative exercises, students will gain confidence, leadership skills, and stronger public speaking abilities for school and everyday life.

Beginners Yoga and fun activities for the kids

Join us for beginner yoga, group games, and fun activities designed to help kids build confidence, mindfulness, empathy, and friendships in a supportive environment. Each class encourages movement, breath, calmness, and community while helping students build focus and connect with others. No prior yoga experience is required. Instructor: Sunehri Mandadi will expose to simple yoga postures along with fun activities
